FIB Academy, a successful training program

After three intensive training sessions, agents and representatives of FIB GROUP from all over the world took a evaluation test.

At the end of this evaluation, each participant received a certificate confirming their ability to present and explain FIB GROUP’s equipment to clients and prospects.

Training to better support clients

FIB Academy brought together agents from all continents, divided into two groups based on their location. The first group included Japan, China, South Korea, Australia, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, and Romania. The second group consisted of the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Germany, Russia, and Algeria.

Each group attended three sessions focused on key areas of our expertise,” says Erdinç Sezgin, Technical Director of FIB GROUP. The first session covered the company’s core equipment. The second explored the group’s major innovations, such as the Neogalva line, polymer patenting, and the Saver range. Finally, the last session focused on e-solutions, a range of electric and hybrid heating systems. After reviewing FIB GROUP’s electric heating expertise, the session compared gas and electric technologies and introduced key electric solutions: induction, radiation, thermoplunger, and convection.

An interactive and collaborative approach

Beyond technical presentations, the training proved to be a real exchange platform. Agents shared their field experiences, enriching their understanding of clients’ specific needs. “Some even collaborated to explain certain concepts in their native language, further strengthening their comprehension.”

The knowledge certification process initiated by the Deputy CEO Misses Olha Yashchuk was far more than a simple formality; it was a powerful tool that elevated the entire team’s performance. “This certification is a concrete recognition of their commitment, competence, and expertise in promoting our solutions to clients,” adds the Technical Director.
