A tailor-made solution for the future
The new equipment designed by FIB GROUP is a single-base bell furnace with an electric heating system. “It has been designed to meet current production needs while offering future scalability,” explains the Sales Manager. This upgradable equipment allows for increased production capacity. Environmental impact was a decisive factor in Lambert Manufil’s choice, as the company sources sustainable steel and prioritizes local suppliers. “Opting for an electric furnace aligns with an eco-friendly approach that reduces CO2 emissions and optimizes energy consumption.” Equipped with a next-generation data acquisition system, the furnace ensures optimal production and maintenance management. Remote access guarantees complete traceability.
A relationship built on trust
Although the furnace manufacturing process follows a standard timeline of 9 to 10 months, commissioning is scheduled for May-June 2026, in line with the client’s requirements. “This period coincides with the Lambert Manufil’s planned production shutdown.” This project highlights FIB GROUP’s expertise in developing solutions tailored to its clients’ specific needs, combining industrial excellence with environmental commitment. “Lambert Manufil has entrusted us with modernizing its production tools.
